Why does my Bouclé bed appear flat when I first receive it?

Our pet beds undergo vacuum-packing during the shipping process, which may take up to 24 hours to attain full expansion upon unboxing. Please note that varying expansion duration may occur. Nonetheless, the bed remains immediately functional and usable for your pet, even if not fully inflated yet.

How do I clean a Bouclé pet bed?

Our esteemed pet beds are furnished with removable covers, which can be easily washed by machine to maintain their cleanliness. Additionally, for any unexpected spills or dirt, spot cleaning with mild detergent and warm water can effectively restore their immaculate appearance. Regular vacuuming may also be necessary to ensure their pristine condition.

Can I tumble dry the cover after washing it?

We kindly advise against using tumble dryers to dry the cover due to its inherent quick-drying property. Instead, we recommend air drying by hanging for a couple hours. The use of tumble dryers may result in shrinking, which may compromise the fit of the cover on the bed.

Are Bouclé pet beds waterproof?

Our pet beds are designed with water-resistant properties, however, it's important to note that they are not entirely waterproof. It's advisable to use them indoors for dogs that are potty-trained. In the event of light spills, the machine-washable covers can be easily cleaned.

How do I dry my bed cover after washing?

Kindly hang it out for a couple of hours.

We endeavor to dispatch your orders within 1-2 business working days and delivery can be expected within 3-10 business working days from the date of dispatch. Depending on your location.

How much will shipping cost?

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

We are pleased to inform you that we provide worldwide shipping for our products. It is important to note that any additional tax and duty costs associated with the shipment will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

How can I cancel my order?

We kindly request that you contact us promptly via email if you wish to cancel your order. Please be advised that if your bed has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel the order. However, if your bed has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be able to process a refund for you.

What if I receive the wrong product?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused if you receive the wrong product. Kindly contact us via email at hello@boucleoslo.com immediately upon receipt of the item, and we will be happy to assist you further with the next steps to rectify the issue.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

We kindly request that you notify us immediately at our email address provided if you have received a bed that you suspect to be faulty. We take pride in the quality of our products and will work to ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

RETURN & REFUND

How do I return my product?

If you have received a bed that has not been opened from its vacuum seal and can be repackaged back into the cardboard box, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email. However, please note that we do not provide free returns at this time, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning the bed safely to us.

If the vacuum seal has been opened, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons and the inability to repackage the bed once it has been expanded.

To avoid any disappointment, please ensure that you carefully check the measurements before purchasing any of our beds. Our team is always available to answer any questions you may have.

Can I return or exchange my Bouclé bed?

If the vacuum seal of the bed has not been opened and it can be repackaged into its original cardboard box, we are able to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please note that if the vacuum seal has been opened, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons and because the bed cannot be repackaged once it has expanded. Our team is always available to answer any queries you may have at hello@boucleoslo.com.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
