RETURNS


We at Bouclé Oslo would like to remind you of the importance of carefully selecting the bed size for your furry friend. We understand that finding the perfect fit is crucial for the comfort and well-being of your pet, and we strive to provide the highest quality products to meet your needs.

In the event that the vacuum seal has not been opened and the bed can be safely repackaged into the original cardboard box, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges. Please note that any return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, and all inquiries should be directed to hello@boucleoslo.com. Kindly note that any shipping costs associated with returning the product to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

We regret to inform you that if the vacuum seal has been opened, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, once the bed has been expanded, it cannot be re-packaged to send back. We kindly advise all customers to carefully check measurements before purchasing any of our beds to ensure complete satisfaction.

Please note that your bed will arrive vacuum packed and will require 24 hours to fully inflate. Your pet can use the bed immediately upon arrival for their utmost comfort.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

At Bouclé Oslo, we understand the importance of receiving your order in pristine condition. We kindly ask that you inspect your item upon delivery and notify us immediately if any damages or defects are present, or if you have received an incorrect item. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and take necessary steps to rectify the situation.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as personalized items or special orders, and personal care items like beauty products. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have any concerns regarding the return eligibility of a specific item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for further assistance.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards at this time. However, we do offer exchanges as an option for obtaining the desired item as quickly and efficiently as possible. Simply return the original item, and once the return has been processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Please be advised that if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

 

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow for additional processing time from your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since receiving approval of your return, kindly contact us at hello@boucleoslo.com for further assistance. Kindly be aware of shipping-rates are not applicable for refund.
